SUMMER TIME!


We made it! Sunshine, warmth, and a change of routine. This year, I am encouraging all of us to commit to weekly practise regardless of where we are. The smallest of intentions make for real gains. As Tyler McDonald from the National Academy of Sports Medicine hints at, these gains fuel our movement throughout life.

To that end, while the usual studio schedule is on pause, join the 5-week Summer Programme!
